Peabody commented about his retirement-age clients: “A lot of these guys end up like King Lear.”

What did he mean? Naked greed turning the patriarch’s heart into stone? Lack of gratitude?

But Peabody didn’t elaborate, only suggested we shift some investments to the bond market. Why take too many risks?






Charles Rammelkamp retired from his government job at the age of 62 and now writes full time, or rather, isn’t exactly sure what he does “full time” but he writes and has faith he can afford this. The bills seem to be covered. Nothing comes of nothing.
